Play 2: Build the room. Champions need a place to answer that is not your blog comments and not a Slack you will orphan. Public is better than private for Amplify, because answer engines and lurkers can see the solution. Private is better for messy implementation. You can have both. You must have one place where a good answer is marked, attributed, and written to the record.
A marked solution is the unit. Someone asks. A certified person answers. A moderator marks it. The asker's contact gets a thread event. The answerer's contact gets an answers-by-members tick. That tick is how you mint status without a popularity contest.

Extraction
Do not open the room in Q1. Module 7 sequences it to Q3, after a real exam exists and share works. An empty room is worse than no room. Seed the first twenty threads from questions you already hear in onboarding and sales. Ban product pitches from staff in the first ninety days. They may teach. They may not close.
