Play 5: Treat onboarding as curriculum with deadlines. Most teams already teach after the sale. They do it as a Zoom, a folder of videos, and a hope. That is not Tailor. Tailor is a path with a named first win, a date, and a status the CRM can see.
If you onboard, you already have an academy. You do not wait for a catalog. You take the hour you already spend preventing churn and you give it a URL, a check, and a field.
Path, not a Zoom
First-win lesson
Name the job the customer must complete to feel the product working. Build one lesson that gets them there.
Two tracks
Public Express courses stay open and citable. Onboarding can sit behind the customer login. Module 3 already split those tracks. Keep them split. Do not hide the methodology course behind the same login as how to import contacts. Deadlines without a human lane become nagware.
