Appoint instructors and make them visible: names, bios, on-camera presence, bylines. Senior practitioners inside your company are the obvious candidates; so are respected outside voices, which borrows their credibility and extends your reach into their audience. The instructor role is a career, and the companies that treat it as one build teaching brands that outlive any single course.
People trust people
A curriculum with a face earns loyalty a faceless one cannot. The face is also a distribution asset: an instructor with a following carries the curriculum into their audience.
