Stand up the community where your methodology's questions get asked and answered: cohorts, threads, solutions that get marked, search that finds prior answers. Seed it with your instructors, then get out of the way as practitioners take over the answering — peer answers convert skeptics in ways vendor answers cannot.
An open community compounds the citation strategy from Stage 01: answered threads are exactly the long-tail, high-authority content answer engines mine. And every thread is Stage 04's raw material, so the room pays twice.
The extraction mindset
Treat the community purely as a lead pool — scrape it, pitch in it, gate its best answers — and members feel the meter running and leave. The room works because it is genuinely theirs; monetize the surrounding motion, never the trust inside it.
