Monthly, rank every course by completion and every lesson by abandonment. A cliff at lesson three means lesson three is broken: too hard, too dull, mis-sequenced, or teaching something the market does not believe it needs yet.
Treat the ranking like an error log. Fix the worst lesson, ship the revision, and watch whether the cliff moves. This one recurring ritual — an hour a month — is the minimum viable Stage 04, and most companies with education programs have never once done it.
