Loop Marketing

Closed won is not the end

ℹ

What you can do after this lesson

Name post-conversion data as Evolve fuel, and write one proactive move that turns a new customer into an advocate.

0:00 / 0:00

In the funnel, a closed deal was the end of marketing's job. In Loop Marketing it is the beginning of the most profitable part of the cycle.

The goal after the sale is a delighted advocate who will amplify the message and bring in the next prospect. The path they took to become a customer is also training data. Your unified HubSpot record is the fuel.

Apply AI to post-conversion data: support tickets, call transcripts, survey results, product usage. Move from reactive to proactive. In the old model you waited for complaints. In this model the system flags friction. You write an onboarding guide for the feature people stall on. Customer success reaches out before the user is angry.

Two habits after close

  1. Closed-won starts Evolve

Treat closed-won as an Evolve trigger, not a champagne mute.

Step 1 of 4
✓

The customer you just closed is the research panel you already paid to acquire.

Exercise: name one friction you already see after close. Write the data source that would show it earlier, the proactive move this week, the advocate artifact you will ask for if the save works, and where that artifact will be used in Amplify.
